Trinity Qigong Tai Chi

Qigong and Tai Chi are traditional Chinese exercise routines which have help to improve health, fitness and mental well being. Regular practice of Qigong and Tai Chi can help achieve a harmony of body breath and mind, leading to improved flexibility, strength, fitness, balance, mental focus and coordination. They are fully recognised by modern medical science and used as useful supplementary exercises to aid rehabilitation from illness and injury. Athletes and sports people also use them to improve physical fitness and concentration, to improve performance.
We are a friendly class where you can work at your own pace. Beginners are very welcome.

Demelza Hospice Care for Children

Demelza Hospice Care for Children supports life-limited children and their families across South East London, Kent and East Sussex.

Demelza has two hospices, one in Eltham and one in Sittingbourne, Kent as well as a community nursing team based in East Sussex.

The charity, which has been in existence since 1994, offers respite, symptom control, end-of-life care and bereavement support for families with children who are either life limited or suffer from conditions which mean they need a lot of specialist care. We look after babies to teenagers and offer respite to allow their families a much deserved break.

We offer our services to families free of charge and receive limited funding, the majority of support coming from private donations.
