Zumba Gold - 10:30 am-11:30 am
Eltham Park Methodist Church, Westmount Road, Eltham, SE9 1XX
My Zumba Gold Fitness Classes are for those who are looking for a Fitness "movement" Dance Class with good moves, music, and has a great feel to the class. Zumba Gold is a modified version of the faster Zumba (with all the same moves) but at a lower intensity.
Work to your own personal pace - Take it a little higher (if you want) or keep it low. I design the class to focus on your Balance, Mobility, Flexibility, Range of Motion, Coordination and to work on those Thinking Skills we all need to help benefit our day to day lives.... And by the way it is fun too - We do have a laugh AND it doesn't matter if you have never done Zumba before. We are all moving at the end of the day AND it does work (so my ladies tell me)
Whether you have never exercised before and keep putting it off! For health reasons! Or Just to keep fit and healthy... A little dance therapy fitness may just to the trick - Why not give it a go?
(Check my Zumba Gold Toning Classes too... A perfect accompaniment for your fitness workout)
**Ideal for 50 Plus Ladies, Returning to exercise, Beginners and those who prefer Medium/Lower Impact Moves (or can be higher). A Fun Fitness Wow factor for exercise.

We meet every Thursday morning for 50 weeks a year. Subscriptions are paid every three months and currently are £25.00.
