Trinity Qigong Tai Chi
Qigong and Tai Chi are traditional Chinese exercise routines which have help to improve health, fitness and mental well being. Regular practice of Qigong and Tai Chi can help achieve a harmony of body breath and mind, leading to improved flexibility, strength, fitness, balance, mental focus and coordination. They are fully recognised by modern medical science and used as useful supplementary exercises to aid rehabilitation from illness and injury. Athletes and sports people also use them to improve physical fitness and concentration, to improve performance.
We are a friendly class where you can work at your own pace. Beginners are very welcome.
Date and time of classes: Mottingham Methodist Church, Saturdays, 10.30 to 11.30am
