Hi! My ZUMBA GOLD CLASSES are in Eltham SE9
Zumba Gold Fitness is for those who are looking for a fitness dance class with all the good moves, music, and has a great feel to the class. It is a modified version of the faster Zumba with ALL the same moves but at a lower intensity. Worked to your own personal pace - Take it a little higher (if you want) or keep it low. I design the class to focus on your Balance, Mobility, Flexibility, Range of Motion, Coordination and to work on those Thinking Skills we all need to help benefit our day to day lives.... And by the way it is fun too, we do have a laugh AND it doesn't matter if you have never done Zumba before. We are all moving at the end of the day AND it does work (so my ladies tell me)

'Drawing Boundaries' Exhibition - 10:00 am-4:00 pm
Gerald Moore Gallery , Gerald Moore Gallery, , Mottingham Lane, SE9 4QF
Drawing Boundaries
14 July – 13 Aug 2022
Private View: Thursday 14 July, 4pm-8pm
Open to public Saturday 10am-4pm or by appointment
Gerald Moore Gallery is delighted to present Drawing Boundaries with works by Rebecca Griffiths, Emily Snell and Beth Luxton on the theme of boundaries. Boundaries create edges and mark a limit - they separate our inner and outer experience of the world and determine our bodies, objects and place in space. They make us feel safe whilst enabling invention and play. The theme of boundaries has been more significant than ever since the pandemic – we have had to redraw the boundaries between our private and public selves, and re-negotiate the boundaries that determine our physical world and our connection to other bodies.
Complementing the themes explored in the exhibition, Griffiths and Snell will each run one day workshops exploring clay, tactility and transformation and are part of Gerald Moore Gallery’s Summer Art Workshops.
