Can anyone help me with information on Mottingham House, Eltham, as I have discovered I had an Uncle Fred (Frederick James George Smith born 1912) who was transferred there in 1917 from the Kingston Union Workhouse because he was Roman Catholic. Would appreciate any help or guidance. |

I am desperately trying to contact an old friend, Marjorie Brocklebank (nee Tooley) who lived in Dunkery Road, Mottingham in the forties. Her Dad had a motorcycle repair shop just by Lee Station, SE12. Marjorie would be 80 new (birthday 26.3.34) and it would be fantastic if I could find her. Anything you can do to help would be gratefully appreciated. Kind regards, Shirley Bannister (nee Andrews) |

Hi I'm trying to trace an old friend of mine, Martin Lindsay. He lived in Footscray Road New Eltham SE9 near the Beehive mot test centre in 1988 with his dad. He would be in his early 40s now. It would be great if anyone could point me in the right direction thanks Kerry. |
