|Can anyone help me with information on Mottingham House, Eltham, as I have discovered I had an Uncle Fred (Frederick James George Smith born 1912) who was transferred there in 1917 from the Kingston Union Workhouse because he was Roman Catholic. Would appreciate any help or guidance.

|I am desperately trying to contact an old friend, Marjorie Brocklebank (nee Tooley) who lived in Dunkery Road, Mottingham in the forties. Her Dad had a motorcycle repair shop just by Lee Station, SE12. Marjorie would be 80 new (birthday 26.3.34) and it would be fantastic if I could find her. Anything you can do to help would be gratefully appreciated.
